We've got a quick video tip from the Betterworks Goal Summit 2016 talk that Kim did a couple months ago. She tells about a friend of hers whose use of two words put his criticism in the Obnoxious Aggression quadrant and earned him a reputation as a total jerk. By adding two words and changing one, he was able to give criticism that was humble and didn't personalize. These changes helped people see his criticism as more Radically Candid and changed his whole reputation.
