Radical Candor means that you Challenge Directly and Care Personally. How can you apply these ideas when giving praise? Be specific and sincere. Being specific about what’s great rather than just saying “good job” inspires people to grow rather than to maintain the status quo. Sincerity usually flows from the combination of specificity and Caring Personally.
