Our Anti-Racism Action Plan

Anti-racism means taking an active stance to look for and eliminate false notions of race and racial superiority that linger in society’s consciousness and can be embedded in our words and actions. It means proactively changing our attitudes and our behaviors.

We are new at the work of anti-racism, and though the process of how we engage in anti-racism may change, we are committed for the long haul. We look forward to sharing our learnings with you, to learning from you, and we invite your Radical Candor on our efforts.
