We have capped attendance at 200 live participants to allow for small breakout groups during each session. Because you will be interacting with other people during real time, we do strongly recommend you turn your video on during the breakout groups.
While we won’t be in the same room, we will be in the same Zoom. For many/most of us, video is the most effective channel we have to practice Radical Candor right now. What’s more, for those who can still meet in person, it is hard to pick up on facial expressions while social distancing/wearing masks.
Without video, the others in your group won’t be able to read your non-verbal cues.
